Return & Refund Policy

At Summer is Calling, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns must be sent to our designated return address. Do not send items back to the original shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again
  • Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at supportsummeriscalling@gmail.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item, contact us at supportsummeriscalling@gmail.com


Shipping Returns

  • In cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn items
  • Items not in original condition
  • Items returned after 30 days

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue immediately.
